DEADLINES & DATES:  

• Online Submission: Sept. 20th at 11:59PM  (Acceptance letters are sent Sept. 23rd) 

• Art Drop off: Sept. 26th from 9am to 3pm

• Art Pick up: TBA 

• Fees: Members $10 a piece, Non-Members $15 a piece

• Showing artists must pick-up and drop off on scheduled dates

LIMITATIONS: 

• Eligibility: El Día de Muertos

• Theme: Open

• Submission Limit: Artists may submit up to 2 piece, 1 may only be accepted

• Presentation: All submitted works must be ready for hanging (wired, etc. no sawtooth)

• Hanging art size limit: 24”H by 18”W

• 3D art allowed (space is very limited)

• Art must be family-friendly 

• All entries must be for sale

• CHAC will take 30% of the commission 

• Repeat art may not be accepted 

SHOW RULES: 

Liability and Responsibility, CHAC and its partners will take reasonable care in...

1. Handling all entries but will not assume liability for loss or damage.

2. A signed waiver is required for all entries.

3. Showing artists must pick-up and drop off on scheduled dates

4. Art submissions may be used by CHAC Gallery for promotion
