SHOW STATEMENT: ​

​

“To live is to love & to create art comes from the heart. Caring for each other is sweet like honey & love is in the air.

The show is focused on images that evoke emotions of love and are uplifting.

DEADLINES & DATES: 

• Online Submission: December 23rd by 6 pm (artist will be notified by January 5th)

• Drop off: Friday, January 9th, 11am-3pm and Saturday, January 10th, 11am-3pm

• Pick up: Friday, March 27th, 11am-3pm and Saturday, March 28th, 11am-3pm

• Fees: None

• Showing artists must pick-up and drop off on scheduled dates

LIMITATIONS: 

• Eligibility: Open to CHAC Artists 

• Theme: Cariño y Cultura

•  Submission Limit: Artists may submit up to 2 pieces. Please note that, depending on the number of entries received, we may only be able to accept 1 piece per person

• Presentation: All submitted works must be ready for hanging (wired, etc. no sawtooth)

• Art must be family-friendly 

• All entries must be for sale

• Hanging art size limit: 3’x3’

• CHAC will take 30% of the commission 

• Repeat art may not accepted

SHOW RULES: 

Liability and Responsibility, CHAC and its partners will take reasonable care in...

1. Handling all entries but will not assume liability for loss or damage

2. A signed waiver is required for all entries

3. Showing artists must pick-up and drop off on scheduled dates

4. Art submissions may be used by CHAC for promotion
