Lowbrow art is the ultimate form of expression for an artist. It is also known as pop surrealism. Nothing is off limits, from Ratfink to comics to political satire. Lowbrow art often uses humor or sarcasm. “I saw an awesome show at the Harwood Museum curated by Greg Moon and others… to me it’s the next level in Art! It’s fun and heady. Stevon Lucero taught me years ago that artists are nothing but reporters of what we see in society, it is a playful way to comment on what we see.” Rob and Tammy Yancey !
