Dancing with Our Ancestors~An Indigenous Art Exhibit

CHAC @ 40West Presents: Dancing with Our Ancestors An Indigenous Art Exhibit  Come be inspired to dance with your ancestors and all the beauty that they brought to the world! Our ancestors are dear and close to our hearts. They are the ones who laid the footsteps for where we are today and endured many hardships. They also passed down great beauty to us in many different forms (cooking, arts, spirituality, community, traditions, and much more); that beauty shines through us as we walk on our paths. Art is one of the ways in which we honor, remember and Dance with our Ancestors.  This is a free family friendly event. There will be a cash bar and light refreshments. Dancing with Our Ancestors features CHAC artists and their array of artistic styles and mediums. There is something for everyone. This exhibit has been curated by Rob and Tammy Yancey.
